It's in BB code so encase the "watch?v=" code from the url between youtube tags in brackets YOUTUBE (the "watch?v=" code from the url here) /YOUTUBE
so for "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMxB4RpCDzA&feature=player_embedded" all I need is SMxB4RpCDzA between the youtube tags.

OOOOOOO OK thanks. That was easy. This vid really was just a test for me to embed but its my buddy Paul that just got to the island, thinking he can burnout in AWD. Im in my super sweet Grand Vitara

Did I mention that he didn't know that you can't? We were moving stuff from one house to the other and I let him drive her. Since he passed me to be first at a light o figured he was gonna do something dumb and I decided to record it. I told him afterwards, "Hey you know this thing is AWD and it's damn near impossible to do a burnout?" He's a nOob and was used to RWD trucks and shot where he throw his rear end. As far as the shower vid goes. That was on tosh.o's blog that I for some reason follow

heh like my mazda2... but anyway, your trans is fragile, it tends to blow up after one good launch. might want to tell anyone who drives it so it doesn't cost you a grand to rebuild!
