Essentially they turn the turbo into a gas turbine to supply full boost at idle and then controlled in a way that the turbine then disappears and functions normally once the throttle cracks open and airflow diverted from turbine through the throttle.
Look at the torque line compared to when it's off. Now this is installed on an otherwise stock Spec-C, on the built WRC car motors they make a whole lot more power.

#facepalm... I was gonna get footage of my buddies camaro that we just installed the Borla ATAK Catback exhaust on. Well though the camera was on but it fell instantly...didnt see or hear it. **The grinding is my car trying to autostart itself after i already did....not sure why
