10W-30 Should work fine for out climate, but IIRC the reason why most manufacturers recommend 5W-30 in the first place is slightly better gas mileage

Car Info: gc w/ neons and a wrx that needs neons
our booklet reccomends 5w-30, but i asked braun from schuman and he said 10w-30 would also work since, it doesn't really get cold here.
