I imagine the plat is around 1/16" bigger than the sticker all the way around. TiG welding on an aluminum bracket will be a cinch, then I can have it anodized or powder-coated for the bling factor...
Finding a guy to make me a one-off sticker will be tough. I can design it but actually making it will be kinda impossible on my own...

Hey dude, sorry this took so long!
Each sticker is 1.6 in. wide by 2.3 in. tall, so since the stickers come as a pair (month sticker and year sticker), you're looking at a total dimension of 3.2 in. wide by 2.3 in. tall for the whole setup as seen on, well, cars in Hawai'i.
If you really wanna be super cool (haha), add one more 1.6 by 2.3 sticker for Recon
