What are the small tags attached to the rear bumpers on Hawaiian vehicles? The small rectangular ones below the bumpers. I see them everytime I am in Kauai.

fyi: it is very difficult to scrape one off if you can find it. however, you can use a razor and delicately remove it. they are designed to break apart.

Wow first time I've heard of anyone resident or non wanted a safety check sticker. Other than the fact that they need it for reg lol.

 

i want a "R"(econ) for my jetta without actually having to get inspected and being told that i fail. oh well, thankfully there's always hook-ups for safety.
