Question for you lucky guys in Hawaii

What are the small tags attached to the rear bumpers on Hawaiian vehicles? The small rectangular ones below the bumpers. I see them everytime I am in Kauai.

I honestly want one for my STI.

Thanks!

LOL if your talking about safety check, you want one, and here in Hawaii we all dont want em.

You know, my friend was asking me about the definition of irony the other day....

It's going to be just as bad as those idiots with Wakaba stickers.

Everytime I see one, I think "STUDENT DRIVER"

fyi: it is very difficult to scrape one off if you can find it. however, you can use a razor and delicately remove it. they are designed to break apart.

I figured as much. The State Government tends to dislike citizens getting away with stuff

i want a "R"(econ) for my jetta without actually having to get inspected and being told that i fail. oh well, thankfully there's always hook-ups for safety.

It's easy if you're one of those idiots who just cut out the whole bumper part with the sticker on it.
