Question about towing laws and disputing the tow

exactly, life is good until you read the rules of the association, then you realize you have been breaking 8 rules a day for 10 or so years you been living at the house. Who reads em anyway

the law is the law. go down there and tell them that they broke the law and if they don't return your car/refund you the total tow amount there will be a lawsuit. if you really want you could get a letter from a lawyer that states if the fee isn't refunded that you will file suit. most likely they will refund you. it's always a good idea to know the law before you go in to deal with the problem.
