Project car I am looking at..

Under the advice of the doc and my throttle hand falling asleep I am giving up motorcycles and since I have a daily driver I found this on CR and am going to look at it tomorrow after work and wanted some input. The owner said it is a 1.8L block with 2.2L heads has anybody heard of this combo? I haven't so that's why I am asking. He also says he has all the parts to convert it to RT hand drive. Well after tomorrow we will see if it will be sitting in my garage.

is it boosted or NA? if it is NA, it would have no power due to low compression. but if you slap on a turbo, higher flow injectors, stronger clutch, and engine management, that would be a VERY fun car to be in.

According to the add, it has a stock WRX TD-04. By the looks of the front apron, there's bound to be some frame damage.

I might go look at it today I was adding up what it would cost to fix and it won't be much if the frame is straight he said frame is not bent. It will not be to hard to see if it is so it would not make much sense for him to claim it is not..All of those pieces can be replaced just drill out spot welds and spot weld new parts on It would cost around $320 on Subaru Parts For You to replace everything then I'd have to find body parts.
