paint job ?

paint job ?

sup all my friend needs a paint job on his 2001 2.5rs he wants BRP.
he wants is a good "car show quality" paint job.

also hes looking into quality too any recommended place where they would not rip him off? also im wanting to paint a spoiler but part of it is cracked i think its plastic material not too sure cause i dont see any fiber material in it. any way any good place to paint all this stuff?

My suggestion for a "good" paint job is to ask your insurance company where they get their painting done on claims. Then go there. If you have a company that guarantee's their work, it should be good.

Greg, that sounds like a good idea, ... BUT I don't recomend that. Insurance comapnies will probably have a list of places to go, .... but just ask Mike if you should go to just anybody shop!

ok i got quoted $500 bucks to paint my spoiler and my door moldings. the spoiler has a crack so i told them to fix that. also told them to sand down the door moldings to smooth.

is this a good deal?

Seems a little steep, but with the crack repair and molding sanding you can expect to pay more for the labor... still seems a bit high. How big is this crack?

crack is about 3 1/2 inch long the spoiler is made of fiberglass
