So the fight is set for November 14th and they still need to decide on how to split the purse and the catch weight. From my understanding it won't be anything higher than 145.

Anyhow what is your thoughts? Do you think Pac-man should have gone after Sugar Shane Mosley? or better yet Floyd Mayweather Jr?

Personally I would have loved to have seen the Pound for Pound Champion matchup........Then again if Mayweather can't get past Marquez then Pac-man shouldn't waste his time.

 

Aw man...Mayweather vs. Pacquiao is a dream fight. I thought that would happen for sure rather than this.

 

Im glad mayweather is ganna fight Juan Manuel Marquez. Whoever wins fights Pac man. Cause i dont see pacquio losing to Cotto. But Cotto is a better fighter than Sugar Shane so it'd be a better match up. Althou it would have been great to see mayweather's first lost to a Flipino lol. BUt on the topic of Marquez and Mayweather i think Marquez is ganna win by decision.

 

A win vs. Cotto would just add to his collection of wins against big-name people. I say he should fight them all. What I really think Pacquiao needs is a decisive win againt Marquez. Their last two fights were too close for Pacquiao fans to really brag about. Manny needs to win in a convincing manner against JMM.

Mayweather should get his mouth broken. I hope Manny shuts him up as well a ruin his undefeated record. This is very possible. Floyd had a harder time putting away Dela Hoya and Hatton. Pacquiao embarrassed Dela Hoya. He also put Hatton down 3 times in 2 rounds (with that last knock down being nasty). That is something that Mayweather took 10 rounds to do once. I think Mayweather should be a little worried about this brown boxer.

50-cen....i mean Shane Mosely was the fight I THOUGHT was going to happen, but I guess not. Stand in line.
