Overlays

So I looked through a lot of the threads and didn't get a definitive answer for where the Subie community recommends to take your car to have the overlays put on. Does anyone recommend a place that does awesome work, I just got my order in and would like to put them on.

Thanks

Al's Tinting. Al, himself usually will put on overlays and he does a pretty good job. But you will need an appointment and try and get the earliest appointment as it will lessen the chance of other jobs getting pushed back and prolonging your wait.

Yeah, that was me. They messed up on my first set but the second set came out better. However I should tell you that they are already starting to bubble on the top edges. I would look into painting them... it's cheaper and way easier to do.

No I didn't because my vinyls are still pretty good. But when it gets to the point that they need to come off, I'll paint them.

VHT is the way to go from what I read on other forums.

when i painted the vht the finish was nice and glossy.. when i sprayed the clear over i got a matte finish.. i was gonnna buff it out but it kinda grew on me.. but if youre looking for gloss just watch what clear you get.. (it was a gloss clear)
