holy crap, it says the engine is boosting 3.5 bar at 2500 rpm through a 34 mm restrictor.

Not a repost as far as I know.

I really question 50psi, though.

Where do I purchase?

Not sure where, but you can purschase one from the good folks@prodrive for a cool $300K.

50psi isn't unheard of in racecars. I knew of a drag Mirage w/a 4G63 boosting 56psi.

Oh, I've learned not to be surprised by anything when it comes to cars and innovation. I've just never heard of that. I wonder what the formula 1 turbo'd four-bangers with the 14.5k revs push through their intakes.

I've heard of a 900HP car pushing 80psi.
I think it was the Toyota Tacoma Hill Climb truck.
Look it up. It isn't that unheard of.

I remember that...was it Rod Millen's Pike's Peak tacoma? it ran 9s on those deeply treaded off-road tires.

It was in a Road & Track Magazine I have somewhere. It was a special on quarter mile Kings. They tested a Top Fuel dragster, 7 second 180sx, Hennessey Viper, Lingenfelter Vette, Gemballa 911 Turbo, Ed Bergenholtz's 9-second CRX, Kawasaki ZX12R, and a few others. And for comparison purposes, they tested some race cars such as a NASCAR Taurus (I think) as well as Subaru's WRC Impreza....which ran 11s on heavily treaded tires. This is with the race weight of i think 3000lbs.

I found it on another forum. Someone there posted that link and also the price. Also, I've seen some prodrive cars available in the DuPont Registry.
