I paid $275 shipping for a set of 4 rotors for my car and a rear strut brace from a company in Cali. I'm STILL pissed about it.
...especially since they told me before I bought that they would give me a better deal on the shipping than was quoted through their website - and then stopped responding to me once I had sent the money. Bastards.

if you got someone on the mainland that they could mail it to, i bet you it would be alot less to ship it to them and then ship it here from your friends. and still be cheaper than all that.

That brings up a very good point.......
How come a set of 4 wheels w/tires cost only around $70 to $100 to ship here....But they want around $200 to ship rotors.
Both items weigh about the same and the wheel/tire combo is bigger????????
And one last thing.........
Why was the quote they gave me $200 exactly?????? I'm sure it's less than that....and they are going to "keep the change".
dumb shipping!
