OK, what's next?
What's the next thing that I should do to my WRX (that won't cost TOO much )?
So far:
- K&N Typhoon SRI (I might switch back to the stock airbox with K&N panel filter and intake silencer delete)
- Perrin catless up-pipe
- Invidia catless down-pipe
- Subaru factory STi catback
- XPT Stage 2 EM
I dunno, Walbro fuel pump? Bigger TMIC? Are there some small, inexpensive mods that will provide measureable performance gains? I don't want to change the catback as I like the stealth look of the factory catback, and I don't want the car any louder than it already is. I had it figured out to this point, but this is about as far as my limited knowledge can take me. TIA for the advice and input.

It depends on what you want out of the car. Are you looking for more power, better handling or stopping? First of keep the K&N intake. In my humble opinion it is one of the better short rams out there and what i use. ditch the sti catback and get a good quality aftermarket exhaust unless you are looking for super stealth.
power:
at this point if you want more you are probably getting close to turbo swap territory and are running out of "cheap" bolt ons, but it sounds like you have a decent stage 2 setup goin. a fuel pump isnt gonna do you any good if you dont have a bigger turbo/injectors to use it. an sti or other larger top mount would however be a good addition. dont go front mount with the mods you have...
Handling:
coilovers would be the best thing for handling, but they arent cheap unless you can find a good used set at a steal. however, a decent set of swaybars shouldnt be too horrible on the wallet and can help alot. you could get a cheap set of stiffer lowering springs but i would recommend saving up for coilovers and doin it right the first time.
Brakes:
a decent set of stainless steel brake lines paired with a good brake fluid like ate super blue and some performance pads like the hawk hps will do wonders for your braking power and pedal feel and should run you around 300 bucks total.
whatever you decide make sure to do your research on those individual parts so you know that you are getting a quality mod to begin with. you wont save money by buying cheap stuff that will break or cause other problems. good luck!

I disagree with all...tires will make the most difference bar none.
Now if you have tires than I agree with sways/end links...the clunk killer setup from TiC is awesome as well.
