lost a lugnut a while ago and have been using nissan lugnut to replace it.

In addition to that tonight while replacing my rotors/pad..etc. the wheel studs (2) were accidently hit with a hammer (trying to take off the seated rotor) and the threads got all ****ed up! Also on the other side of the car one of the studs broke off while taking off the lug nuts (lug nuts probably not put on right/cross threaded )

I have a bunch of studs and nuts if you want them. Just pay shipping ($3.85 + $1.15 for my time). Unfortunately, I am not local. I am not giving all of them away but am willing to give you want you need. But if you are pressed for time I'd just get them from the dealer.

I have some (quite a few) spare lug nuts. I also have a Craftsman thread chaser set that I picked up recently specifically so I could occasionally chase the threads on my studs. (I've cross-threaded and broken 3 or maybe 4 studs over the past couple years, so I want to keep the threads nice and clean).

You are welcome to have some of the lug nuts, as I don't need them, and I'd be happy to let you borrow the thread chaser to see if you can fix the threads rather than having to replace the studs. Let me know if you're interested. I work on Pearl Harbor and live in Ewa Beach, my Navy-supplied cell is dead (has been for about 2 weeks now ) but you can call me at work 471-5625 (LT Olsen). I'm supposed to be at training pretty much all morning and into the afternoon, so just leave a message for me. I'll put the stuff in my car in case you call.

what's TY?

anyway, you can get the studs from Schuman but it might cost you... you will also need an open end lugnut. I believe the threading type is 12X1.25

the lugnut on the rear is very difficult to get off and I'll let you know how it goes...
