Anyone know of a GOOD one? I'm looking for a stand-a-lone type that does NOT connect to a laptop. If there is a good one that connects to palm based systems that would be good as well (highly doubt it though).

yeah, Vern has one, they work as advertised. Go talk to him at Checkers on Dillingham.

 

I went the other day to look at them, and IIRC everyone was getting them for 150 or so.

There are quite a few there, and me having suck, didnt know which one to buy. Im pretty sure its the scanner for 1996 and up imports. But that sucker was 270.

 

yeah i know what you mean.... the most expensive ones have the most features but like Wes I didn't know which one to buy
