Grats on the new ride...the only guy I trust to work on a Subaru that you have to pay to work on it is Ryan at Vakamon...if he's still there.

However, with the new platform I would wait a few weeks/months for the companies and other owners to try out all the upgrades so that you don't buy anything that ends up being crappy or not necessary. That way, you will get parts that really do make a big difference and avoid the unnecessary stuff.
