Welcome! I wish I get an STi too. You can go to Hawaii Raceway Park if you are itchin to test the car out. BUT... I strongly, strongly advise you to let your car break-in first before driving it hard.

finish the break in period before you do anything to test the limits of yourself and the car.

the raceway park has drag racing on wednesdays and fridays at night, i think its $8 for unlimited runs. if you check another thread in the hawaii section, you will find solo II schedule, which is the whole track.

if you come out to one of the starbucks meets you can meet some of the people that hit up the tracks, and other members that are in the club.

If you want to put your ability as a driver to the test, once the car is broken in, take it to Solo II or a Time Attack session. The 1/4 mile isn't anything...

OH but it proves how fast your car is in a straight line which is really good but...Some people that have been draggin their cars told me a good test of a car's ability is on a open track which is how I feel..I just wish I had more track time..

Tantalus is nice drive. Just be careful of Hawai'i's Finest and some of those cliff turns

EDIT: d'oh, I just noticed you said the tracks >< Well, like the others said, HRP is good! Do they still have drift sessions there?
