Absolutely asinine. Where did politicians get the idea that if they don't like something they simply pass a bill to make it illegal? Don't they read the fing constitution?
I guess it shouldn't be suprising considering the same people voted for rail....

I dont think this should be legislated. I do however think that people should have more common decency. A well built audio system is awesome, but the two 18" subs in the trunk of a scraper with 4 6X9's mounted behind the grille O U T S I D E the car is ridiculous. I wanna smash cars like that.

The bill is scheduled to be heard by the House Transportation Committee this Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 11:00 in Rm. 309
