I feel it depends on whether or not you are trying to bang this girl.
I say Brew Moon or Ryan's...if they're still there.
Chai's Island Bistro is good too...basically no where in Waikiki because you never know when you'll get pulled over and it really puts a downer on your libido action / banging attempt.
If not trying to bang her, then I say Zippy's.

So ok...if you are trying to bang her, I really have no idea...I am like 4-5 years out of the dating game and 3 years removed from HI. Most of the places to take chicks that aren't too expensive but still "romanticesque" are newer/trendier places that I am not connected with anymore.
What is that one sushi place at Restaurant Row that used to do like a late night DJ'ed thing? That was a good date place.
But anyways, all of these things pale in comparison to taking her to Femme Nu...sit her in front of the one lady that can wiggle her butt cheeks independently and you are all set my friend.

What is that place (VIP), seriously? I thougHt it was a gambling joint long ago, but then I've seen a few "girls" exit.
