ANYONE OUT THERE:
Need help loading PDX to AP Manager. Seems like the file extensions are diifferent from Cobb's maps and could be the problem why it doesn't want to load into the manager.

 

I have a few minutes, then I have to jet...

1. Do you have the Vers.1 or Vers.2 Accessport?

2. If you have version 1, you will have a base map and the various real time maps that piggyback off the base map.

3. If you have version 2, you will not have a base map...but a bunch of real time maps.

A possible problems is that you have a version 1 with version 2 maps...or vice versa.

or

If you do have a version 2 AP and version 2 maps...hook up your ap to your computer, open the map manager, and instead of "importing" the maps, try "dragging" the maps and drop it into the map manager...I had to do this.

I figured it out... I had to update my AP manager for my Ver.1 AP. As soon as I did that the files transfered within the program and hopefully tomorrow, it'll load into the AP. Ran out of time today.

I had to do what you did when I had my version 1....my version 2 is pretty cool...maps are totally different though...I had to have Jarrad convert my old maps he made for me to the new Vers 2 maps...

 

PDX is very helpful. I am not sure if Jarrad has been emailing me all this time, even this morning... he didn't leave his name. Like I said that person was very helpful. I had to read the AP user's guide and successfully removed the existing Cobb maps and loaded up the PDX maps. Will upload to car this morning. Hopefully, I don't screw up.
