need help on damping adjustments..

since this is going to be my first set of full coilovers, i dont know what setting to set them too. k, i dont want something too soft nor too stiff. middle i guess? so just set the click to the middle? im such a noob.

ahh...so your GF finally let you slam the car?! lol...right on man ...i usually set mine on the 6 click all around (Tein SS) it feels sh!tty when its too soft... <----- err...you know what i mean, lol
