Need Advice From "Stage 2" Owners

Alright, 30,000 miles is coming up and I want to service my STi before that happens. I've already done alot in the past week to my car when it comes to preventive maintenance. Making sure everything is running smooth like new.

I'm planning to change my spark plugs and my rear diff, tranny, and engine oils next week. My question is, what spark plugs do you recommend me getting for my stage 2 STI?(Brand, ect....) What gap should I set them at?

Thanks fellas --Dave--

I'm not sure what you should gap it at, but I run the NGK 1 stage colder Iridium plugs. I like em a lot!

ngk's are good but unless you're running enough boost for 1 step colder, i hear they cause misfires.

I found this DIY on "iwst.com", It seems like a great write up on how to change your spark plugs, and why I should run a colder plug. Thought I just post it up for anyone having the same question as me:

Yeah I was considering the pulsestars too...surprised they didn't do much on a Subaru seeing that our electrical systems aren't really the best and I thought these would help a lot.

You have a link to the article?

Dave, I would pretty much stick to a regular platinum spark plug unless you're going to power mod further.
