Hi, my name is Chris and I'm new to the club. I just picked up this 03 wrx a couple days ago. It's pretty clean and runs smooth. I really want to learn more about Subaru's because this is my first turbo charged car, and my first thoughts are that if I'm going to drive it, I should at least know what I'm dealing with.
Anyone willing to give some tips let me know. Thanks!

Lol he just got the car, lots of time to do mods, as for body kits I think the Do Luck kit is the best looking for the bugeyes generation in my opinion

wassup!! i got one tip.....be easy with the shifts, that means no speed shifting or power shifting!! wrx tranny's aren't too strong especially if you redline 1st gear and miss shift to 2nd, ooooooouuuucccchhh !! it didn't happend to me.........ummmmm......that's what people tell me.

 

just double clutch and rev match and you'll be golden.

 

glass tranny... i'm double clutching 4th ... ahh! and to help with that, i put THE "famous" tranny cocktail in my bugeye and it helped a lot. let me know if you want the mix. and wiki subaru, it has a lot of good information. welcome to the club!

First off, nice bugeye...blue is a classic.

Now you need to get some Pink "JayDM" rims, pink neon underbody kit, flamethrower kit, tein s-techs, and "bryde" upholstery.

That'd be one tight bugeye.
