I'm not sure what a "motorcycle endorsement" is, but you DO need to have a permit to ride during daylight hours and you do need a license to ride at any time and "pack" someone on the back of the bike.

Taking and passing the MSF course allows you to get a discount on your motorcycle no-fault insurance which is REQUIRED in Hawaii.

do you guys still have mobile1 mx4ts in your store? I bought the last two from waipahu checkrs and drained my bike hoping thats theres more at the stadium store. They ran out and will take 2 weeks to replenish. Now i cant ride- I hate to mix in brand x oil- le me know pls.
