THANK YOU GUYS for your help! You are the best tuning buddies a guy could want.
I have my 3rd gear dialed in almost exactly where I want it (10.6-10.9:1) and my 4th gear is just a little bit richer than that (10.4-10.7). Lovin' it!
I also worked with leaning out the 3500-4500 range as well and the spool time on the VF30 has decreased CONSIDERABLY.
Can't wait to try it out!

How did you go about fixing the fourth gear? Did you just keep pulling fuel out of that one band? If so, what did it do to 3rd? Were you still ~94.5 octane?

I believe that my semi-controlled air-bleed (i.e. FBCS) was part of the up-top/4th gear culprit.
I did continue pulling fuel (leaning out the map) in a number of critical areas.

It went pretty well! We drove 82 miles around and around in circles (from Kapolei to University) until 3am. What an adventure!
I burned >1/4 tank of gas and went 82 miles in a couple of hours.
