That tire you mentioned is 5.5" wide (~140mm width), 21.5" tall (diameter) and made to go on a 15" rim.
What kind of car is running that rinky dink little tire?
The drag slick I used to use on my '71 Mustang was 29.5x11.5"-15. That thing was beastly when it grew under acceleration.
The street tire was a 31 in. x 16.5 in.-15 in. That thing was a MONSTER. That would work out to a 400+ mm rear tire in metric speak.
