i know a few of you guys have ordered from them before and i'm just wondering if any of you guys have had problems? i made an order on the 13th and only now get an email saying the item was shipped. if that wasn't bad enough i paid $22 for fedex 2nd day air and they sent it usps. lmk if you guys have had anything but a good experience. i don't wanna call them a-holes untill they have a chance to get back to me with an explanation but it sure doesn't look like great customer service. thanks ending rant

 

wow problem fixed before anyone had a chance to post. apparently a misscomunication caused my delays and shipping. i have talked to kastles and they are going to refund for the shipping and appologized for then mix up. all in all i'd say that makes for a good vendor. ok i'm done now.

I ordered from KastlesKorner.com once and it worked out fine.

I ended up ordering like quite a bit of stuff including shifter bushings,short shifter, steering rack bushing etc....(not for just myself but for about 3 or 4 people)...he gave us free shipping because of this...

Yeah...glad you got it cleared up because my experience was positive with them.

 

yeah i'm always willing to give ppl chance on an honest mistake it happens. i'm just glad they are doing everyhing possible to make it right.

 

hopefully my order gets here without any problems.
