I just figure if you're in such a rush to grab a loco moco on the Windward side we should all get to enjoy it here too. 
Last time through there was on a stupid bus and the tunnel was shut down for like an hour.
Call it repressed frustration? Kind of like how I still want another Prime Rib @ Chuck's Cellar.
