Invidia N1 Racing vs Street
Can't decide between which cbe. Yes I want to be a little ricey with the sound, but I love the subaru rumble. So I'm picking an exhaust with the least bends and the titanium tip. I just need help deciding between the race and street version. Only difference is the resonator.
For the price, I think I can live with the race since I won't be doing 3-4 hour drives now that I'm back on the island. But I'm wondering if I should be conservative by buying the street version. The race is cheaper which is why I'm leaning towards that one.

get the race.....it will come with a silencer if you are concerned about being quiet when you need it.....I have the race and I am very happy with it

FYI, you mentioned the Titanium tip, but IIRC, only the G200 comes with the Titanium tip. I ran the G200 and the regular N1. They sound really nice. A little on the louder side, but like Jess said, that's what silencer's are for.

I'd go for the race as well out of your choices but I'm not a fan of the angled tip.

bran, they make Ti tip N1's now. i'm jealous because they didn't when i picked mine up. back then it was only the g200.
but anyways, i vote street. you don't wanna draw too much attention from 5-0 while you're out and about. me personally, i hate using silencers. tried it once on my STI and i was just like.. ugh

Ahh, good to know, thanks. I like the way the Invidia's sound, so I'm sure you'll be happy with either of them. Plus, a full 3" through out, with no tapers.

yup, looking to buy an exhaust for my upcoming bday. Still can't decide between the two.
I've read that the resonator actually makes the subaru sound better because it cuts out the more irritating noises. But the race one is cheaper. :-(

I have a resonator and sound different from all other Evo's.
Less " heavy " sound but " cleaner " tone.

are people just saying race because it's louder?
i'm a little worried about cops since i live in town, but i don't drive like an *** and rev my engine (i used to have a loud exhaust on my old celica) so hopefully they won't bother me.
