Fitting a 18x9 will take a little work, but it's not too difficult. The way you worded your OP sounds like you don't want to use negative camber to help your fitment. Is that the case? If you don't mind adding camber bolts, a nice roll should do it even with decent size tires (245/35's or 255/35's). Although your ride height will also be a factor. I fit 18x9's with just a roll and maxed out camber bolts, and that was on a wagon.

Depends how much camber you want to run. I didn't want extra tire wear so I was able to push the plates out while pulling the lateral links in. I am only running 1-1.5 degrees

some negative camber doesn't drastically kill tires. i run 2ish on my street car, 3 on my race car. its the toe that kills tires. just zero out the toe and you'll be ok.

QFT- ask any alignment or tire shop. I've had major toe changes kill tire wear in 2 months

Agreed, and a small amount of negative camber actually helps handling performance

personally any thing over 2 on the street is to much. at 3 degrees the car was unstable at high speed and it loved to chase cracks on the road surface. i have run as much as 4 to clear my rims at one point, always 0 toe. Hawaii's ****ty roads didn't help. just my opinion
