Alex, I seriously want to post in the tranny forum, but I know I'd just get flamed for a most likely irrelevant review.

 

I don't want to write a review about the STi shortblock swap because I don't know all the mechanical terms.

I'll make a fool out of myself if I try; my writing is skill is poor.

I was thinking of going the same route, but I'm torn between deciding if I should invest in rims/ tires and coilovers with suspension bits or the six speed.

Six speed is cool, but it will break the bank.

 

Post it in the tranny forum and we'll back you up.

Give me a hand with some direction to go in order to better review it. What might folks want to know?

 

Tell them you put it in a 02 Wagon, and do up a parts list of everything someone will need to do the swap.

And maybe some pics.
