HPD's finest- would you do this??

Would you have the ballz to do this? I mean the majority of cops out there are fine, but the few who would do this may throw you in jail. Can you actually call 311 in this state to make a citizen's complaint?

that was hilarious........didnt a lawyer somewhere in the mainland recently write a ticket to a cop for violating some law?

on a side note I would love to do this to some of the HPD with their illegal tint and lack of recon.

HAHA Good video! I see cops do illegal stuff all the time, its kind of sad since they're supposed to set the example. I think you should have at least 4 years in the military before you can be a cop

I always see cops speeding when I'm just cruising at like 50-55mph, theyre not even chasing anybody with their lights on either

Every situation is different but no, I would not park illegally if I could help it. However, if the situation calls for it, HPD Officers are exempt, while on duty, over traffic and parking laws.

That's even worse than sitting on parked, unoccupied police cruisers and flashing fake gang signs while your buddy snaps a photo.
