Originally I had planned to have my car swapped before I shipped it here, but I had a lot of issues with a shop and ran out of time. Then I planned to do it here, and I would but no one will do the wiring part and I don't want to mess with it. The mechanics I can handle but pulling my dash and splicing tons of wires? Nah. Anyways now that I just paid $3.13/gal for gas I am thinking the better fuel economy will be better - my WRX got about 17-18mpg. I already drive way too fast without a turbie. Not too many places to scream it around here like there was in the Bay Area. So, I will just roll back the sunroof and cruise.

I remember all that stuff when people started to not like the bugeyes and Subaru rushed out to make a more bland car (the '04 - '05) so more people would buy it. Looks like it worked since I see tons more than bugeyes.

In a couple years it might be doable because I prefer a 2.5 and since the new WRX has a 2.5, Forester, etc - they should start popping up more. Dunno, I like the torque and want to keep my 2.5 badge....
