i lived there for more than 10 years. right across ocean pointe. if you are near sewer plant, sometimes it smells in the morning.
traffic sucks all the way in the morning times 5:30-8am, and around 5-7pm. as for street racing, theres alot of that all through ft weaver rd... so be careful...

so i take it you guys don't like the traffic, huh? my wife works in St. Francis so it's not a big deal for her; i on the other hand will most likely be driving into town...poop...

as for the weather, i'm stuck in a weird situation - i like plenty of sunshine, enjoy the quiet neighborhoods, and the less rain the better! but i get hot easily and sweat like a ***** in church. how often do you usually run the A/C?

i like Ewa because of the new houses at those prices, but am open to other areas. i think i'm still sold on Ewa, but where would you recommend? (thanks Markpaco - i'll check out manoa more)

mililani also has new houses being built. you will have to wait like a 9months to a year to get one though. a firend just got on for $430K and it will be done in about 6 months. i think it was 3 bedrooms.

the ac is most likely on the whole day. it is at my cousins house.
mililani is probably a few minutes closer to town for driving. ahh what do i know, i'm not a townie.
