That track looks way better than ours does just from that tiny pic!

Maybe one of these days, some of us could seek out a package deal or something to ferry our cars over to Maui and check it out for ourselves.

I did really crappy... REALLY crappy compaired to some of your guys times
I did a 14.3 but that's with a 2.2 60ft time or something like that... I wasn't launching at all... just taking off like I would from a stop sign...
Never really learned how to launch an AWD car properly since I'm completely self taught... But I spent forever reading all over the place and I got my method down... the next drags are this weekend so hopefully I'll have some times in the 13's...
It'll be kinda awkward getting the timing right though... I'm using the "Hold at 3000rpm, floor it and dump the clutch at 5000rpm" method. Throws your head back like a mother-f**ker and I can barely smeel the clutch... just hope I can time it with the tree right.
From what I've been read... as long as there's wheelspin the drivetrain is pretty safe right?
Anyways... the track is ok... they just resurfaced it a little while ago. But the end of the track where you turn around into the return lane is all rocky and nasty so it just eats up slicks. Their whole computer set up is a bit ancient too so it takes em a while to build the ladders.
