Pat I have a G-tech. Ed should have it... in fact for a damn long time he has had it.

Oh and I have a delta dash now so that too also has a road dyno... I do need to try it out on another car anyways

Mitch,

Anything Ed has it usually ends up being a long azz time. Ask Nolimit how long Ed had his movies.

Sure. How does it hook up? You need to put it on another car for calibration purposes? I'd love to see what a Delta Dash is all about.

The g-tech I got was their new one so I'm hoping it will prove a valuable tuning tool.

Well the delta dash I guess works a bit like the road dyno software and takes into consideration a cars weight, gear ratio, and the time it takes to go through the gears. On top of that the logging it provides it so comprehensive I dont have an excuse if I dont know whats wrong with my engine. Oh and resetting CEL's is nice too. But the crap part is that I now have to relocate my ODB port as the connector touches my leg.

I dont know whats more accurate, an accelerometer(g-tech) or plain ole math and physics(delta dash)?

I didn't realize that it came, but my wife just told me about 45 min ago that there was a package outside. I thought it was a thermostat that I'd ordered, but it was the g-tech pro/competition.

Hooked it up, configured it, and went for some passes down in the gulch.

13.3 @ 101. 13.2 @ [b]103[/].

I'm not inclined to believe it, but it says it has 3 x accelerometers as opposed to the old g-tech. Fried my clutch, of course.

I've got about 94.9 octane and a brand new PWR intercooler in, so I bumped up to my CRAZY map. At least no knock, but that map only has me peaking a little over 18lbs in 3rd gear.

I'm sure the new headlights must've cut down on the drag, too.
