GTR vs everyone else

Wow the MR came in 2 seconds later than the GTR in both tests.
Hmmm 39k vs 90k+ I think I got the better deal.

WTF STI comes in dead last.

Maybe I will consider a used GTR in a couple of years.

Wow, interesting results, though not really that suprising. I expected the bank vault gt-r to come in first, lots of power and stable understeer at the limit make for a comfortable but fast vehicle, on street and on track, ( though less so on track ) the real suprise for me was how the evo x with more weight and less power still manages to beat the sti in the street and track test... So far it seems like the sti has again been tuned for comfort and space rather than performance. I don't get it though... I don't care if the wrx or the base imprezas are soft and flacid... but the STi has no reason to be hampered by a soft suspension and crappy tuning balance. It doesn't make sense to me that mitsu gets it but subaru doesn't.

At least that leaves the aftermarket to develop new parts.

Well, Subaru seemed to have listened in the public's complaint about the 2008 WRX, let's hope that they address the weaknesses of the STi namely the steering and the handling.

eh, not surprised. i think i could've predicted the sti coming in last behind this selection of cars. hate how the '08 is so soft and market friendly... maybe ill wait for the 2010 model to upgrade from my raw OG '04. lets just hope subaru makes it a beast and ill happily save up for a new one.
