Most of you know I've been working at the tour bus place for awhile driving the gold royal star buses. Well, I finally decided to stop getting screwed since tour drivers get pais squat and get treated like crap. I got a call from coca-cola saying i have been hired as a driver merchandiser. So starting November 14th I'll be the coke guy!!!

For those wondering about tour driving positions let me tell you first hand its not worth it in the long run. I at work 14 hours a day, get paid for ten of it because we get paid by the run not straight time. $12 hr after a year and a half and NO OVERTIME!! crap if u ask me, but owell, not my problem anymore!!!

Congratulation...... Its true that tour bus drivers pay isnt that great, but I know some of the drivers where I work make atleast $60 in tips a day. I also know that if your a certified tour guide you make more money hourly. I dont know I guess it depends on the person.

I will admit that i have been getting good tips but id rather have something thats mondat threw friday weekends off overtime with great benefits. Ive been saving this past year and until didnt have a 401K because the company i was in paid 3%. why even have one! thanks again guys looks like im going to reach my new car goal a little faster than i thought If all goes well. O an to top off the list of good things about having this new job,.....its 3 minutes from my house!
