The term "ricer flyby" doesn't have anything to do with where the car was made. The term is the name of the action made by the driver of the car.

fast with no safety equipment or safety equipment with options. i'd say that's just as dumb as the flyby's. yes it is fast, but it's still a neon with no history even close to the WRX/STi's and Evolutions. also, if it's a domestic, then why is it trying to be a "ricer", makes no sense to me. i say, domestic=supercharger. turbocharged=import, if you want to go domestic vs. import.
