The front half of bellows is open to the public. Eventually you will get to the gate. Then you'll need an ID, however, the beach is open to everyone. It's just the campground/cabins that are open to military only.

Getting drunk in front of my computer... what a nice day! I already went out this morning with the freshly waxed car. I forgot how f'n sweet my car looks when it's clean/waxed. I need to do it more often
