As of now the group of friends I am playing with consists of:

Male Tarutaru warrior: 12th lvl (Formerly the primary Tank of the group, now is the backup Tank)

Female Elvaan Warrior: 12th Lvl (Primary Tank)

Mithra White Mage: 11th lvl: (Combat medic)

Male Elvaan warrior: 7th lvl (Me, Attacker and I get the hand me down equipment )

I know what you mean by the time sink, I have started to do the dreaded "I can still function on 5 hours of sleep... I can function on 4 hrs... I can function on 3... I can barely function on 2 hrs.. Awww hell might as well just stay up" I am trying to remain strong and sleep at a decent time.

 

I bought a pc gamepad to play the game and it helps greatly!

 

yeah im a lvl 12 elvaan thief on fennir played all weekend to do it, it was fun. all i have to say is arragon voice "lets hunt some orc"

I'm on Pandemonium right now with some friends.

Level 7 Mithra Monk - Me
Played all weekend and was able to accomplish 2 missions and 4 quest in windurst. I think i'll do the 3rd mission for rank 2 and 1000gil sometime today. I had over 1000gil on me, but spent in on an Earthen Flowerpot for gardening

 

Level 12 Hume Warrior

Mission Rank 3 and 50000 gold. I'm addicted.

Hey Wes, get Blind/Bind/Water/Stone. Those spells are awesome. My friend is a 10 Hume BLM and me and her destroys mobs.

Galka Monks are totally awesome early levels too.

I got all those plus poison. It's just hard starting a character like this. But I think in the end it's gonna rock!

But then again I think I should have picked Hume. So at least when I want to change jobs, I have a better balanced character, instead of being limited with a Taru. Since their only good with magic. and not melee

damn 50000 gil how did you make that much gil. the most i ever had at one time is 5000.

yeah wariors are good in the begining but watch out for a thief rule later especialy when you become a thief ninja like i am
