I was a beta tester too, for the PS2 version. I'm supposed to get a free copy of the ps2 HDD and the game in March when they release the PS2 version. Depending on how things are going for me at the time I may just sell it. The game requires massive time investment, which I just don't have right now. (neglected girlfriend is too hard to please when mmorpgs are present). It is a very fun game though and I spent quite a bit of time playing the beta version.

the only way to get into a server with lets say, you guys, i would have to play for a while to get money. then buy a pass ......and recreate a player ?...would someone be able to pay for my pass before i even start?.

Just checking in on how everyone is doing?
I am a 7th level Elvaan warrior, and I am barely scraping up enough gil to buy equipment, and maybe a world pass.
if anyone wants to jump over to the leviathan server, I'll go get a world pass, hopefully soon. 
I don't have much time to play, so the money and lvls are slow going for me.

Saw Wes and his girlfriend playing the game... LOVED the look and the design touches - but saw how much of a timesink it was and got "flashbacks" to my Asheron's Call addiction days. That was enough to raise my inhibition level. Then I remembered I was *POOR* and didn't have $40 to spend on a game ($50?) and $13 a month...
I love to hear about your experiences though! So post up stories/screenshots/etc!

As of yesterday I think Wes was a level 8 Tarutaru black mage and his GF was a level 8 (or 9) Tarutaru red mage... I don't know exactly what that means - but I think it's pretty good.
