or install a restrictor/orfice plate ....would also suffice...

If its really that much worth the trouble he might as well reinstall with the one he took out or buy a new one. Its only a $20-25 part.

Yeah I never reinstalled the oem I already had. I planned on getting a thermostat last week, didn't get the chance to.

esp with all the stuff you just bought. the bigger turbo and all will be useless if you damage your motor....
