I know that I have fun in the rain with my AWD Beast! However with the current storm conditions that we've been having and more rain than we are used to it's safer to go slower... Also it's fun to watch all those people that like to cause trouble while you're driving slow actually CRAWL to where they are going while you're shootting a HUGE puddle of water from your tires in to their cars

yeah AWD makes a big difference through all the big puddles. H-1 was flooding all over the place.

I haven't let it stop me from making tuning runs and I'm going much faster than I ought to be. It is mainly in a straightline and in a semi-deserted industrial area.

Whoa! Gotta love Hawaii! Erin's "calabash" aunty and uncle were back in town from Philly to enjoy some tropical weather and they got 1 day of sunshine until the torrential rains hit. Bummer timing job.

haha...fun thing was driving through the high water and actually feel some resistance to your car from almost 8-10 inches of water on the right lanes in kaimuki....worst part is...all the HUMANGUS potholes we have now.

There are some huge potholes on the backside of Ala Moana Mall by tower records. I'm afraid to drive there any more.

Same thing happened to Alicia's mom during the first week of December. It got nice and sunny the last day before she left!

On Friday, I hit two friggin' huge azz potholes on Nimitz and Bethel both coming and leaving work. Hard to see them in the rain, especially when they are full of water. I hit them so hard, the cover of my CSX air freshener flew off, I thought for sure there would be definite rim damage, but thankfully no. And coming home was another story, Kahaluu bridge was flooded as well as a lot of ponding all along Kamehameha Highway. And did you see the stream in front of CompUSA, you could not see the sidewalk on that corner! I got home safely that evening, the car handled everything just fine...I guess that is the beauty of AWD.

rain sucks. couldn't drive play car much due to leaky hatch doors, ceiling.

this wonderful weather has allowed me to do my 2nd windshield wiper install. fun. whee.

way easier than the powersteering hose install on mini-t's red 240 last night til 1:30 am.
