Can't go wrong with either of those...
I have heard both exhausts and they sound different...the N1 is deeper and a bit louder than the Carbon Ti...the HKS exhausts all have a unique burble to it...also depends on your downpipe as well...The bellmouth design dp's tend to be deeper sounding than like an HKS dp or PDE...these two have a smaller mouth design...
Performance wise, you'll probably see similar numbers as they are both free flowing cannisters...the Carbon Ti piping seems to be a little straighter than the N1 which does a little s curve near the end...

i'd get a downpipe first if you want an exhaust mod. you'll see more of a performance gain from that. what you should really do is take that money and put it into the brakes or suspension. you car has more getup outta the box then mine does but it will do you no good unless you can move and stop well. just my $0.02
I agree with Island Style, can't go wrong with either of those. I know its not the same but I was running an apex'i N1 with my 92 accord a while back. I loved the tone and never had probs with rust or oxidation. I'm doing my exhaust right now just waiting for the CBE to get here. I can tell you that I was very happy with my first mod being taking out the intake silencer and putting on a 3" downpipe. Crossing over from doing motor swaps in Hondas and this being my first turbo, I was all grins with the results so far. Good luck

I live in Waikele, and there's a WRB 'Rex that lives near me. Not too sure if he's here on I-Club, but his exhaust sounds awesome. It's pretty damn loud, but nonetheless, music to my ears. I can tell every time he comes home! Never really got to meet the guy, but if your on here, I'd like to know what type of exhaust set up you're running. I drive a PSM STi and my name is Brandon. Wuuzzzzuuuuppppp!
