Excedy clutch shudder

Excedy clutch shudder
Just installed an oem clutch and a HD pressure plate, along with a ACT streetlite flywheel. I've seen other posts where people are having issues with the excedy disk. Any suggestions? Really not looking forward to tearing this thing apart again
