I was wondering why traffic was so bad going home on Ft. Weaver road at this time of the night. It turned out that 2 cops were doing DUI checks right before Kolowaka. I saw 4 cars on the side including a blue evo...
hope he didn't get profiled because of his car.

sucks when they hae DUI check points over there! its like ewa people dont suffer enough traffic during rush hour....

they cause traffic after rush hour haha

 

I got stopped on Ft. Weaver once at a DUI checkpoint. Along with a few civics. They walked up to my window and asked me where my front license plate was. Didn't even bother to tell me it was a DUI checkpoint. Then they harassed me about my BBS's, Hoodscoop and wing. Really made me angry.

I bet they were seeing if people were on their phones.

good thing they didn't see that I had no license plates. Yes, Both LICENSE PLATES that is.

I saw that same DUI Checkpoint last night.....I was heading out of Ewa Beach around 11pm or so. Good thing they didn't set one up going OUT of Ewa Last thing I need is a ticket...

The blue evo was a friend of mine..he got a ticket for no recon..bummer..

^that's too bad, i know he was in trouble. checkpoints are all over tonight, make sure you have your license plates and recon papers with you.

Yep, seen six motorcycles on H-1 then four broke off onto Fort Weaver this afternoon.
