engine help please

so i started my car up the other day and it was idling what seemed to be at a lower rpm and it sounded very rough. i restarted it and it didn't start up immediately. i've found that it starts better cold then after having driven it for a while and the engine being warm. there seems to be a power loss at idle that i notice because i have a steep drive way and i have to give it more gas to get up the drive way. there doesn't seem to be a noticeable power loss at highway speeds or higher rpm's. there is a slight squeaking sound i take to be the motor mounts(?) but im not sure because there seems to be more vibration of the engine. any help on what it could be and where i could take it would be greatly appreciated. i just want my car back at 100%.
also would the dealership do work on the car or should i return the engine to stock specs first?
engine mods - cobb intake
accessport stage 1
front mount intercooler

Check your Alternator. It sounds like an Alternator Problem.

we need more information to help you diagnose the problem.

what problem are you trying to fix?

you have an accessport stage 1 map installed but do you actually meet the qualifications for that map?

have you thrown any check engine lights? have you done any of the maintenance upkeeps (read: fuel filter in the engine bay, spark plugs (if so when?), trans fluids, coolant...etc.)? If you haven't done 30k or even the 60k service I'd start there.

If your spark plugs are fowled that can cause idling problems. how's your battery? if you are having trouble starting the car in general then I'd look at the battery since that's primarily what the battery is used for with the exception of your accessories (i.e. gauges, radio...etc.).

What kind of car is it? WRX or STi? What year?

Other than the fact a FMIC on a stage 1 tune is a complete waste, it could be a small boost leak. That would account for crappy idling, but once in boost, unnoticeable.
