My very first tune with a 2012 WRX. Got it tuned by PDX. Im pretty impressed with the power I made from just a few parts.

Stock turbo/TMIC
Invidia Catted DP
Invidia N1 cat-back exhaust
Cobb SF Intake with airbox
Grimspeed EBCS
Cobb AP

This is the baseline run.

It was tuned at 18psi for reliability on 92oct. Time to upgrade the TMIC next!

Wow, those are some nice numbers and only at 18 PSI! I have your exact setup except I have a Q300. I assume your stock BPV had no problem holding the pressure? Also, what is the gains expected out of a Process West TMIC? I read on clubwrx around 30WHP/30AWTQ - is that about right?

Does PDX Tuning also come back again in November?

Jarrad comes back in october i think. Hopefully i have a PW tmic as well and some other goodies by then. You cant really take advantage of the PW unless you get a retune.

The stock bpv is good up to 22psi from what jarrad was telling me.

werd.... looking to see if I can get a few goodies as well... nothing special, sticking with oem turbo till it dies... looking into some mav/tic composite tgv's, gs ported headers/crosspipe/up pipe (or maybe gt spec uel's), perrin inlet, cm fx350 clutch kit, id1000cc inj (room to grow), and possibly aem meth and switch to catless dp.

No "water sprayed at the IC" nor "bag of ice on the IC core" because realistically I don't do that on the street. Not a fan of dyno number (queens) but rather good usable daily driven power on my stock transmission, all made possible by Paul.

Trolls welcomed....

Sorry if this is a bad question, but do you know how much power the process west top mount intercooler would add?

I've read up in some sources that it could be +5 or in that range.

I'm hoping to get one before either ams or pdx comes back down to hawaii.

I don't think it gave me anything extra but It definitely keeps temps down like a boss. It was a great investment.

Not sure about the numbers, but probably most of the gains would come from being able to increase boost for my setup, because the stock wrx tmic is holding me back.
