Yup,..Mitsu is STUPID!!,..Well just the local dealers to be fair about it,...Why buy a car known for its performance if you're going to have to baby it so local Mitsu mechanics wont have to fix it (at their convenience)....One reason I wouldnt buy a Mitsu right now due to bad local cust. service and markup,..

And,..wassup Guido!! LOL!!! Wassup with the name?? Anyways,..yes,..I meant less "reliability" cause of how we "tool and mod" our cars to the exteme,..I was way happy getting at least 100k miles on my DSM till I had the TB problem (changed 3 times due to bad installs) and the first crankwalk,..Being original owner of my DSM since 1990 till about 1998 mostly worry free, I can vouch for its reliability for its time,...But I guess adding the MBC, exhaust, and normal wear and tear till its final mods of the Slowboy Evo 16G port/polished, FMIC, Walbro 190, etc, etc,.

Now as you know I moved on to my LGT,..an AP is going to be my final mod engine wise for a while,..but till then,..yes,..I would love your help to install the uppipe,...Ill give you a call,..and thanks again,..

Kevin (the ugly one lol)

lol, yeah. That's sort of obvious, because if you try to go to dsmhawaii.com you end up there.

I thought some of the DSM guys went to another group that Luke started. Can't remember what it was though. (Ex-DSM-er)

Technically, Luke didn't start ANY of the DSM clubs here in Hawaii, which seemed to be a point of contention when I took over the DSMHAWAII website from Albert (I was an FNG at the time). Because of internal strife between "factions", I shut down the website. It was then taken over (webmaster duties, etc...) by Ginsu, but the same type of strife continued, so it was shut down permanently.

Robert started the 4G63Hawaii website/club, but I've heard recently (I don't really keep track of what happens over there) he turned over some of the webmaster duties to Luke.

Some of the "old timer" DSMrs have sold their cars (EVLDSM, Arnel, Juan, Robert) since, although Robert has (had?) been driving an EVO for some time.

Both DSM sites (rapidtranxit & 4G63hawaii) are now private (invitation only) sites.

So, just for the curiosity of those who wondered what happened to DSMHawaii....that's the nickel explanation.

Aloha,

-Kev

I would if I could, be she's active in the tennis leagues right now and has practices on Sundays,...I play as well too, but too many injuries and stuff going on that I took the rest of the year off to rest my body and recoup,....

This is the reason why I was able to "get away" and hang out on Superlap Sunday ,.... Actually she came back with her tennis team from Maui last week and thier team won the 3.5 states,..They are going to Arizona to play for the National Championships later this month,...
